Warren Beach Rentals is thrilled to offer SUNRISE!, formerly Aurora Sunrise; a spectacular beachfront home with brand new, upscale furnishings throughout each floor. With two fully equipped kitchen areas, private outdoor pool, hot tub, beachfront boardwalk and enough indoor/outdoor space to comfortably accommodate 24 guests - the entire group can stay together in a private paradise while on vacation! This PREMIUM home is new to our Warren Beach Rentals group and is sure to please every member of your party.
From the second you enter into the home, you are greeted with a stylish sitting area, followed by a uniquely designed bunk room featuring three Twins and one Queen bed. This room also has an en-suite bath that can be accessed by the bedroom or the main hallway. The main hallway opens up to a spacious living/entertainment area which includes a brand new pool table, kitchenette and eat-in bar (with 4 barstools), oversized dining table (seating 15 guests), secondary sitting area and large flat screen TV. The sliding glass door opens up to the beachfront pool deck featuring a private outdoor pool and spa, picnic table, lounge seating and Kamado Joe Charcoal Grill. This area also has an outdoor shower, just in from the gated/private beach boardwalk.
Up the stairs on the second floor is another open concept living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen with eat-in bar (4 barstools), full dining table which seats up to 8 and a large living area with flat screen TV. This floor also has a sliding glass door that leads out to a furnished balcony with an outdoor dining area (seats about 6). Down the hallway, on the opposite side of the main living area, there are additional bedrooms. One Twin/Twin Bunk bedroom and one King size bedroom, each with their own private en-suite bath. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer set as well as a half bathroom located on this floor.
The third floor offers more bedroom options including a Twin/Queen Bunk room and Three King Bedrooms, each of which has its own private bathroom. One of the King suites is the Gulf front master and features stunning coastline views from the private walkout balcony as well as its spacious en-suite bath that features double vanities and large claw foot soaking tub. The second washer and dryer set is located in the hallway.
The 4th floor has an eclectic, comfy little sitting area as soon as you come up the stairs. This floor features two bedrooms, the beachside room has a King Bed and two Twin Beds with 3rd floor balcony access and absolutely commanding views of the beach from the 4th floor private balcony. the streetside room has two of it's own Twin Beds + plus a sitting area and Foosball table and ensuite bath.
The home was specifically designed to meet the needs of renters and every bedroom has their own private bath.
The views from the 4 levels of private balconies are surreal. Just spectacular views of the sand, surf, beach and sunsets.
About the home Amenities:
Your pool is heated! It has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! You have direct beach access via a boardwalk attached to property.

We hand-select each and every property and we spend tens of thousands of our own money each year making sure the property you rent from us is top-notch and in perfect working order. We are local so everyone knows this area and can answer your questions and help you plan your vacation!

Here are the rules:
25 or older to rent, primary renter must stay at the property. No college or Party Groups
No Smoking or Vaping in the condo
No Pets allowed
Summer weeks have a minimum stay requirement.
A VACATION RENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND IS DUE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF BOOKING. SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER.
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
