Gulf and Green Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home in Rosemary Beach. It is located across from the Eastern Green with a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This home’s unique architecture features double doors leading you into a tropical open-air courtyard, where guests can relax with a cup of coffee, rinse off after a day at the beach, or enjoy a sunset dinner. Gulf and Green Cottage is located within walking distance of Rosemary’s Town Center with local shops and restaurants, and just steps away from the beach.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

No master bedroom
The listing says the third floor is locked off but it doesn’t say that means there is no primary bedroom. The bedroom used as primary was not big enough for both of us to put our suitcases in. And the bathroom was too small for both of us to be in at the same time. This is true of the second bedroom as well. It was very disappointing for this price point. The kitchen is also not well equipped. There are also pictures on the walls that I would deem inappropriate for my teenagers. I don’t think this should be the case for a rental home. House just didn’t have a good vibe. Great location and view but you can stay in better Rosemary houses to get those.

This house was absolutely stunning. My family really enjoyed our stay and everything was so close with easy access. We all felt very safe in this area and in the neighborhood, they had security guards monitoring the area at all times. I would definitely stay here again. I also had a great view of the water!

I've rntd multiple homes in RB. This home is 5⭐️ for 6 adults or family of 6-7. BEST VIEW, ROOFTOP POOL! FANTASTIC RENTAL!!! It's a smaller home but it's as good as it gets for the size . AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!!!

Stunning home! INCREDIBLE view! But top floor off limits
This home is just stunning! The views from the house are some of the best you can get in Rosemary! We were looking forward to the views from the top floor that you can see from the exterior images of the outside of the home but unfortunately the top floor is locked and off limits to guests. We did not discover this until we arrived and we’re disappointed. The 3 bedrooms that can be used are all downstairs and have small bathrooms. We would have preferred that to be made more clear in the property description so we would have known there would be no primary sized bedroom and bathroom for us to use. It was also not clear in the property description when we clicked to rent that we would need to request and pay in advance to heat the spa on the third floor and boy do we wish we would have known because on the last day when we were there and it was colder it would’ve been unbelievable to get to sit in a warm spa and look out at the view from there! The spiral stairs up to the rooftop pool are a little tricky but totally worth it! Even with cold water, the rooftop pool is a show stopper! Also, access to the beach is literally outside the front door and you are a super quick walk to the shops and restaurants on the square! So if you are okay with only having secondary bedrooms and small bathrooms to use, this house is really fabulous and a great one to rent!!

Nice house, terrible beds, linens, kitchen was poorly equipped. It was like staying in a five star property with Motel 8 accessories. Hot tub didn’t work., bugs in the house, a disappointment since all these could have been addressed.

Gorgeous House!...unfortunately poor property manager.
This house is very nice and well decorated! The roof top pool is A+ and the location cannot be beat! The main living area & kitchen with balcony are spectacular! They advertise 2 ocean front balconies but only allow access to lower one. In short we loved the house but the property manager was the worst we have experienced in all of our property rentals (and we have been renting for many years around the world). Completely non responsive to VRBO emails 3 days before check-in (questions regarding checkin time & procedures and other important issues) There was also poor/slow response to a toile/plumbing issue flooding on the second floor kitchen & leaking onto 1st floor beds. Thank goodness we figured out how to stop the water flow or the entire house would have been flooded in minutes!! They arrived next day....Also fitness center which is listed as amenity... we tried to inquire with Katie (which was important for our college athlete)...her response was "I HAVE NO IDEA where it is or how much it costs...I'll send a map"...which she never did. ANYWAY....sorry to be negative about a great house....its a real shame when management can leave such a sour note. Im sure a lot of folks have a fine experience but felt I needed to be honest as I rely heavily on reviews when making a decision for a family vacation rental. House is beautiful just beware of property manager.

Impeccable place in prime location!
Our family of 5 had an awesome time at this place! It was our first time to Rosemary beach and the location is just amazing! Situated along one of the two greens/lawns fronting the Gulf, we were just steps from the beach, walk to town location for morning coffee or dinner or take out, and bike friendly community just super cool vibe. The house is impeccably designed and was perfect for our 3 boys (ages 4, 6 & 8). We’d beach in the morning and then make lunch at home and hit the amazing rooftop pool with the best views in Rosemary!
