The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. Coffee lovers will be pleased to find a Kuerig that will brew either a full pot using ground coffee or a single serving using a pod. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, a new 60" flat screen television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. The gulf front master bedroom features a King size bed, 50" Smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom also features a King size bed and its own 50" Smart TV. The twin over twin bunk room has cable TV, perfect for traveling with children. The living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. The unit also has laundry room with a full size washing machine and dryer.

- Parking is available at a cost of $45 per vehicle per stay. You can use the private parking spot under the building (normal sized cars) or park in the garage that's accessible via air conditioned walkway. Link to purchase parking spots will be sent prior to arrival. 3 vehicles max per stay.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
