Only complaint is was having to park across the street when there was plenty of parking under the building. Had I known before I booked it that we had to park across the street I would have found something different. You should let the people know before booking

First time experience
This was my first time booking through VRBO. Let me tell you this stay was fantastic. The place was cleaned and above my expectations. Right off the shoreline and waking up to the waves every morning off the balcony was gorgeous. My only thing would be regarding every day necessities such as more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags being provided instead of one roll in each bathroom and one garbage bag for the week. That was the only expense to come out of my pocket to ensure that those necessities are provided. We are definitely looking to booking again with this place next year.

Family Get Away
My impression on the condo was good. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again for sure. The only issues I had were small. Like new pots and pan are needed. And the floor could have been a little cleaner but with sand I know it’s hard. It was a great vacation. We loved it!

Awesome Spot
The place was nice and clean. The location was awesome because we were close to everything. The only complaint is we were down for Thunder Beach bike week and we could only park across the street in an uncovered parking lot. The was an issue because of the dew every morning kept our seats wet. Everything else was perfect for your PCB stay! Thanks for allowing us to rent such an awesome place.

Love being on the 3rd floor!
Cons: The room wasn't up to our standards of cleanliness. The floors were sticky in the kitchen and the outside of the fridge and stove were streaky. The tables in all of the bedrooms were very dusty. There are bare basic supplies left for you. There are no kitchen towels or washcloths. There also aren't any potholders to take things out of the oven. Basically, bring absolutely everything you could use (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was there). There was no dishwasher cleaner at all. We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs (even in PCB) and this was the first time we had to go and buy kitchen towels, TP, salt/pepper, coffee filters, dishwasher pods. PROS: Parking is a breeze right across the street. Being on the 3rd floor is super convenient. Elevators are fast and you are not waiting to use them for very long. This was a much quieter building to stay in than others we've stayed at in PCB. Condo is very spacious and beds are comfortable. All appliances worked well. Pool was heated! It's right down the street from Walmart. We would stay here again, but it would be nice if they made you aware that there are very few supplies there. We would have brought more from home.

Decent for the price.
A little dirty and pictures need updated with the new furniture. A few blemishes we noticed but nothing bad. Great location next to cafe, bar, food, and stores. The pool was decent too. Our front door looked a little banged up and the housekeepers left trash on the balcony. But nothing we couldn’t clean up ourselves.

The stay was good, I think they should put a mattress pad on the stained mattress in the 2nd bedroom and also upgrade the cooking pans. And also leave things to clean the condo with. There was only a broom. Otherwise it was a great place just needed updating in the kitchen and bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay here. This condo was accessible and was able to park at handicap for the week. The condo had comforts of home including fans and noise machines. Loved being on the 3rd floor. All of our appliances worked great. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The stay was great, the condo was very clean when we got there. Only recommendation I would have is for a new washer & dryer. It ruined some of our nicer clothes & bathing suits. And also to make sure the showers are cleaned (the master bathroom shower had some mold) Of course parking was a little iffy, but overall not terrible considering you park across the road. We only had to park in over flow parking once. Great trip, nice condo! We will for sure come back.

It is a very nice condo. But Walking in, it was not cleaned very well. Sand all over floor, chips stomped. I know it had not been vacuumed. Had no sheets for one of the bedrooms. The bed was not made. Had to call for the 2nd parking pass and sheets. Waited 2 hours. I had to clean the unit before our stay. It was the first time staying here and I was disappointed. I wish I could review better 😕

When we arrived place was fairly clean dishwasher had dishes in it coffee maker had old coffee grounds. While there maintenance tried to enter property without any notice. Meant them at door was told they were to do inspection said come on in they said they would check with management and get back with me they never did. Called who we rented through said they would get to the bottom of it never called back. But overall enjoyed my stay. Dryer makes a ton of noise and plan on turning in on more than once to dry clothes

Absolutely Wonderful!!!
My family and I enjoyed our trip to Panama City Beach so, so much! The condo was gorgeous, and its location was PERFECT! We were just steps from the beach which was very convenient. The condo had everything we needed, but I would suggest having someone look at the dryer as it has rust spots inside that transferred onto our clothing. I also want to mention that this property is managed by Emerald Coast Destinations. Before my trip I received a confusing email from ECD stating that my final payment was due, but I wasn't given a total. I was actually surprised by the email because I assumed I'd paid the entire amount through VRBO. VRBO couldn't help me with the matter because ECD has their own software to manage payments. I ended up contacting ECD via the telephone number on email and was sent a bill for the final balance which I ended up paying via credit card (with a 4% convenience fee added). I did have a couple more issues regarding communication. First, the property manager listed on VRBO never responded to my message. Since I'd been in contact with ECD via phone, I decided to give them a try, and they were able to answer my question. Also, on the day of check-in we found that the code we were given didn't work, but door to condo was unlocked. We went ahead and unpacked but then found that the door wouldn't lock with the code we were given. I called ECD and left a message for a new code. We left the condo unlocked so that we could spend a little time on the beach and came back to find the condo locked. Unfortunately the old code no longer worked, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get a code that did. I do want to say that everyone I spoke with at ECD was very friendly and helpful, but it was frustrating to have this issue on the first night. My family really loved this condo, and I hope we will be able to stay again in the future.
