It is just a short bike ride to the extraordinary ultra-desirable 30A communities of Rosemary and Alys Beach. Take in the turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast and then lounge poolside with friends and loved ones! You're just steps away from the popular 12,000-square-foot community lagoon pool.

This professionally decorated home features beautiful coastal decor and top-of-the-line finishes. Ascending to the third floor, you will find a bunk room with two sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds and a full size sleeper sofa. There is also a 4th bedroom with two queen size beds. Bedroom 4: One queen bed and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combination and private porch access
Bedroom 5: One set of twin over twin bunk beds (2 beds)

Queen size air mattress and pack n' play kept in home and available for guests' use at no additional charge.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
