"The front gate process could be streamlined but I do appreciate the security. The condo was on the 3rd floor, and very easy to get to. I very much loved the location just make sure to grab some ice before you get to the condo. There are no stores around, just FYI. Overall I will be booking this place again. Communication was easy. "What a great location! This condo is so close to a beautiful, less crowded beach (with easy parking and bathrooms) We went July 4th and it wasn't crowded. Palm Coast considers summer their off season for crowds. You can go to ground level and shop or eat. We enjoyed The Turtle Shack for dinner. The condo was perfect. "We had the best time! Everything in the condo was so clean and had a cozy feel to it. The beach was literally a 2 minute walk. There were several walkways and super easy to find. The pools were also a quick walk away. We have found our new summer getaway. We will be back! "
