"This property was perfect in so many ways. I do not do a lot of reviews but this property is worth reviewing. Devin is a great property owner and is very responsive to any communication via the VBRO Chat. The layout of the room gave us more than enough space with 2 adults and 2 young adult children. The bedrooms, closets, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and balcony offered a great view of the ocean, inland waterway and city. The beach is beautiful and Devin even has 2 beach chairs...

"This stay was a little more expensive than we wanted, but the host and resort made it worth the stay! They upgraded us rooms when I realized I missed the extra fees in the description, they provided stuff to avoid the extra fees (beach chairs and what not), and they really took care of us. The room needs some upgrades, but they told us it was happening at the end of the year and it’s sill better than a lot of places. I will be renting from this host again! "
