"The staff was very friendly. I would suggest looking up all the things the resort offers prior to your arrival - there are so many things to do and just not enough time in one weekend (unless you are young) very relaxing and non-stressful time! Much needed! "

"Our stay was okay. The main lodge was lovely, the restaurants were quite good. In our room however, it was quite apparent that there were not pressure balancing valves in the shower. A number of times during my shower the water temperature would change from where I wanted it, to extremely hot or extremely cold. I also found it interesting that the hotel guest services did not know we had checked in. About 6 hours after we had checked in, someone from the desk called to ask us what time we would...
