Totally remodeled in 2014!!! Walk into this oceanfront 2 story home in Hollywood Beach. First floor: First floor has master suite facing oceanfront with king bed sleeping 2ppl, flat screen 43" TV with DVD player. First floor bedroom #2 facing oceanfront with king bed sleeping 2ppl, with a 43" flat screen tv. Both downstairs rooms have access to oceanfront patio and beach. Patio has two lounge chairs for lying out and patio table for four. Second floor: Living room facing ocean, with large windows to take in the beautiful sunsets, has a flat screen 60ā€ TV, lots of games & books for family fun nights. Kitchen is fully stocked for 12ppl, with desk area to check your emails. Home includes WIFI. Gas BBQ located on upstairs balcony. Second floor bedroom #3 facing street has a queen bed and trundle bed sleeping 4ppl, with TV. Second floor bedroom #4 has queen bed and bunk bed sleeping 4 ppl, with TV. **All reservation, 30 nights and longer, MUST be booked over the phone. Any reservations for 30 nights or longer may be subject to price change**

My friends/family and I grew up camping just north of Hollywood Beach at McGrath campground. Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. We always like bouncing around and trying new homes but we would rent this one again without a doubt!

Itā€™s always great when owners outfit a house to seat comfortably as many as they sleep. My friends and I like to gather once a year and when we do, we love nothing more than to hang out together and enjoy conversations. The living room is large and can easily seat 10 people comfortably. The dining room we can squeeze in. And that view and the sunsets are spectacular. We snuck out onto the beach after dark and saw bioluminescent plankton lighting up the waves. Truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. Highly recommended!

We came from LA looking to get out of the craziness. We had no idea that Hollywood Beach existed before our Booking and we were blown away With the beauty and expansiveness of the beach . The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We definitely will want to return.

The house was wonderful for our family. ages 3-75. Plenty of room for everyone! It is right on the beach, but the ocean is a good 5 minute sandy walk for the little ones. That didn't change our enjoyment at all -- we just needed a bit more planning. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans and dishes and glasses, but we could have used more than one kitchen towel to avoid using paper towels. There is also outdoor furniture and beach toys and umbrellas to make things comfortable for everyone. Your family will love it!

The property is just as it is shown in the photos. Great space, light and airy. The kitchen was just the right size, with a wonderful family space. Lots of games, and flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms and the family room. It has a spectacular view of the ocean, right on the beach, which was as close to a private beach as you could find. A short distance to the waves with lots of sand to build sand castles with the little ones and enjoy the peace and quiet just the waves. It was our family paradise by the sea.

The house is awesome and the location is even better. It was clean and well stocked with bikes, beach chairs etcā€¦ lots of fun. There are spectacular views and all of the furnishings and decor are well selected. There is also a wooden deck on the sand with big umbrellas. Iā€™m not sure the BBQ is mentioned in the listing, but there is a gas BBQ on a small deck off the side of the kitchen. The kitchen itself has all the dishes and cookware you could possibly need. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. I would definitely stay there again.

We traveled to California for a family reunion on the beach and Mollies by the Sea provide us with an excellent escape! A wonderful home and views for miles. The real estate company was also excellent-- including Scotty who came to update the internet for us! Wonderful time all around! Thank you.

Beautifully furnished and clean! This home has everything you need including beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, bikes and games. It's very inviting, comfortable and has a great vibe. It's also right on the sand. We had 9 adults there for a family reunion. We played games, sat on the deck on the sand, walked the beach, never left the house, and just had a great time. We can't wait to go back! Thank you!

This is our third stay at this home. We love the location, the size of the house and of course the view. It is an easy walk to farmers market, the harbor and restaurants. The house has bikes and scooters to use. They also have plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on and enjoy the ocean view. We have a blast every summer and we can't wait to come back again next year.

We had an amazing time. The house was breathtaking. We basically had our own private beach. The check in was easy and super convenient. There were a lot of pots and pans, beach toys and beach chairs. Best of all, there were 7 bikes, not in the best condition but plenty good for our group to bike around the area. It was a very relaxing vacation, walking or running along the beach in the morning, body surfing the waves during the day (It was a bit chilly but fine with wetsuits) then watching sunset from the balcony. We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. The kids are already asking to come back this summer. We canā€™t wait. Thank you so much!!

The photos on the listing do not do this house justice. It is beautiful, sunny, well laid out, elegantly decorated, and comfortable. It is impeccably clean and you absolutely cannot beat the location. Honestly, I cannot say enough about how wonderful the property is or how seamless and easy the no-contact check in and check out was. Just fantastic. Five stars for everything.

What a great place. In the midst of this crazy year we were looking for a place to isolate but do it with a view and the ocean. We were not disappointed. We spent 3 great days of eating, playing, swimming and enjoying each others company. The house was clean and in great shape. We really don't have any complaints or corrections that needed to be made. Plenty of room in the house to stretch out and relax but most time was spent on the beach. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking a great place steps away from the beach.
