"I was in Thousand Oaks to visit my Aunt and this little gem was very close to her home. The space was so comfy and clean. I loved that there was a tea kettle, filtered water, coffee and snacks available. The bed was just right, I slept great. Thank you Klaus and Katlen for a wonderful stay, the chocolates were a lovely touch and much appreciated! "

"Such a cute place. We stayed upstairs and the apartment up there is adorable. Beautifully furnished. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it seemed to have pretty much everything you could’ve want. Bathroom is great, now I want to redecorate mine. Check-in was super easy. Easily walkable to the cute little downtown. A little bit far to walk to the beach, but we did it anyway, and it was fine.. Would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I came to visit family near by and this place was the perfect location! Very cute place, it was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable staying here. We also saw the Illama and alpaca farm in the back of the house. So cute and the animals were so friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on but otherwise we had a very nice stay. Thank you so much! "

"We flew into town for a family event and chose to find a place for us to retreat to rather than stay with family, and to make our travels a little bit of a vacation than just a family visit. We really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the marina outlet to the ocean was great. "Here’s text I sent— Hey Reina, I was gonna wait til we left to tell you about our issues with your place and our stay here but I don’t see any reason to wait. There’s quite a few things we are unhappy with: the sleeping situation is probably the most horrible we’ve dealt with in a very long time. The pullout bed is a mess. It’s slanted downward at the head, Of course it’s a pullout so super uncomfortable but this one is old and clearly worn out. And there’s light coming in through the windows...

"This place was amazing true vacation just bring your clothes and got play in the sand! “It doesn’t get better then this”. Traveling with my husband two children and my mother in law and our Memaw. We was steps away from the beach and this is an enormous beach with plenty sand area a park volleyball and a basketball. The beds are comfortable and squeak free the only thing is that we wished we had more time thank you for making check in and check out so easy! "
