The main floor features a large living room, a formal dining room, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The second floor has four bedrooms, including the master suite with its own private bathroom. Not to mention, you can step out onto your furnished balcony for some Florida sunshine and fresh air - the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

By booking our contemporary and cozy townhome, you get access to the world class amenities of the Regal Palms Resort. Relax as you float down the lazy river sipping on your favorite beverage that you can get at the on-site tiki bar. Splash around in the resort style pool before you take a ride down the water slide with your friends and family. Other things to note:
No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.
Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
