Perfect View Villa With Home Theater at Reunion

This cinematic villa offers everything you and your family will need for the perfect Orlando vacation. The open living space is the main headquarters for family gatherings with comfortable seating, including a sofa and two accent chairs to discuss the day's adventures. The fully equipped kitchen is a place to cook home-cooked meals with a dining table for seating up to eight and a breakfast bar with seating for six. Sleeping up to 8 people, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a king-sized suite on the bottom floor. On the second floor, you will find a king-sized suite, a bedroom with bunk beds (two twin-sized beds), and a bedroom with bunk beds (twin and full sized bed). There is also a shared family bathroom on the second floor.

The private outdoor deck offers a swimming pool and spa to enjoy a warm Florida day. The home theater, located across the courtyard, offers a large projection screen to binge-watch all your favorite TV series on and two arcade video games for hours of entertainment. When you're ready to explore the entirety of the amenity-rich 2,300-acre Reunion Resort, or to make that short trip to Disney--there's a shuttle service to drive you to and from the theme parks or anywhere on the resort property. The golfers in your group can hit the links at all three of Reunion's epic PGA Championship courses, including the Jack Nicklaus-designed course. Between games, visit one of the 10 premier swimming pools, including the Seven Eagles pavilion, featuring relaxing jacuzzies and a crisp infinity pool, overlooking stunning views of the courses.

Treat the kids to a trip to the five-acre water park with a huge lazy river and twisting waterslides. Plus, grab a workout buddy and make time for the fully-equipped fitness center, six state-of-the-art “Hydro-Grid” tennis, bocce ball and volleyball courts, or opt for Yoga and Tai Chi classes, or a soothing treatment at the Reunion Spa. When you want to dine out, you've got a choice of six top restaurants, from an upscale tavern and a sushi bar, to Reunion's signature steak house.

Not what it appears.
We booked here because of the private pool overall feel of the place for a family. The pool was disgusting, not operable, and had had hundreds of tadpoles swimming in it. When we tried to message the host just says to call Customer service. On top of that, the house is not adequately stocked. We were there 3 nights and ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. They give you 2 towels per bathroom so unless you want to dry with dirty towels you’d better get some tide pods and dish pods. There is no salt/pepper or just normal cooking condiments, the items you’d expect stocked. The TVs are in some rooms inoperable. The arcade was fun for the kids but definitely not worth all the other hassles and fact we couldn’t swim when it was oppressive heat. There Plenty of great places with other mgmt companies to lease from. I’d look elsewhere.

We had an amazing stay at the perfect views villa! The house was clean and tidy upon arrival. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful property in Reunion Resort
The property is very comfortable, We had a great time staying there for a week. The house is very functional and well appointed. The theatre room is really cool. My kids (10 and 12) loved hanging out in there watching movies and playing games. Overall I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The unexpected
First, I’d like to start this review by saying the check in process was easy but everything after that was a challenge. When using the primary bathroom bathtub leaked water around the faucet causing water to leak into the kitchen, so much so that maintenance had to be called out. In order to repair the water leak the water had to be shut off from the home. Imagine having a family of 6 with no water the day before Thanksgiving. The home is infested with cockroaches. My 3 year old has autism and puts everything in his mouth. We wondered why he stayed running to the kitchen to look on the counters. To our surprise he was trying to catch the cockroaches to eat them😔 He also has heat sensitivity. We couldn’t place the a/c below 72. So he had to sleep with only a pull up on under the ceiling fan which in turn caused him to stopped up the entire stay. If we could have left we would’ve for the amount of money we spent to stay here it was NOT worth it.

Great Property
The property was exactly as described and the amenities for the resort were available and excellent. We enjoy staying at Reunion because of the water park, close proximity to groceries, restaurants, and local activities. We didn't do any theme parks this time and it was still an excellent location and property. There was a lot of confusion with the check-in. We booked through VRBO, but the property is actually managed by Jeeves. So they emailed us separately with a separate contract and separate damage deposit, but didn't inform us of it at the time of booking. (We were not expecting additional contracts, and did not know what email address to watch for, so all of the details when to spam.) Thus, we were not aware or informed that we needed to go to a separate location to complete the check-in. We were lucky that we arrived during business hours as they are only available during certain hours. Had I known all of this, I may have booked directly with Jeeves than go through VRBO and have two layers of booking details. We always book through VRBO and have never had any damage to properties, so it was strange that after booking and paying insurance through VRBO, we were then informed that Jeeves held an additional amount above and beyond VRBO for a damage deposit. I understand that companies want to protect their properties and don't have a problem with it, but there was a lot of confusion with the booking process and the damage deposit that renters should be aware of. Overall, after check in, everything was smooth and there were no issues. Renters should just be aware of this. The property is lovely, faces the golf course and is very comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable and it was very relaxing and would recommend this property for others.
