The spacious living room is designed for relaxation, with two comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted smart TV. To the left of the front door, a step-down leads to a hallway where you'll find the laundry room and a convenient half bath.
The main floor houses two exquisite king master suites. The down left king master boasts a wall-mounted TV with cable, a master bathroom with a shower, and a large closet. The down back king master is a luxurious retreat with a wall-mounted smart TV, a large lounge chair, ceiling fan, pool access, and a large closet. The master bathroom features a double vanity, a large corner shower with dual shower heads, and a large tub.
The outdoor area is a haven of relaxation, featuring a private pool with a spillover spa, lounge chairs, and a pool fence for safety. The back patio includes a table for four, a built-in grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Spiral stairs lead up to the second-floor balcony.
Upstairs, the home theater is a movie lover's paradise with a 140” screen and seating for eight on two levels. The upstairs right queen master suite includes a wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and a master bathroom with a shower. The upstairs back queen master suite features a wall-mounted TV, balcony access, and a master bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Behind the theater, the adult entertainment area offers endless fun with a pool table, pub stools, poker table, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
