This resort townhouse takes your family fun to a whole new level. Ideally located, short drive to major Theme parks has everything you need for a fun filled vacation. 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath End Unit is minutes of walking distance from the club house. This unit features 2 master suites. One situated upstairs in the main unit and the master downstairs has it’s own separate entrance, which is ideal when vacationing with 2 families for added privacy. Upstairs Master feature’s a King bed and has a private balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. Relax on the balcony after a long day. 2nd room upstairs features a HARRY POTTER theme with 2 Twin beds. 3rd room upstairs features a STAR WARS theme with 2 Twin beds. Downstairs Master features a Queen bed. Pull out sleeper couch in Living area Full Kitchen w/cookware, perfect for the family who doesn’t want to eat out for every meal. High Speed WiFi with Roku TV in each room. Our Home is a few minutes walk to a Fully Functioning club House which features a resort style pool area, 2 pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tub, beach towels (with refundable deposit). Gym and Cenote Spa (booking in advance recommended). Arcade and ice cream Parlor. Frankie Farrels Pub & Grill for Drinks, snacks, Lunch or Dinner... Great to have in the Resort especially when other restaurants have long waits. Shopping plaza located a short walk/drive away for groceries and restaurants. Another great quality about this rental is a short drive will bring you to major shopping plazas w/many options of Restaurants away from the hustle and Bustle of the theme park areas. ** Multiple Golf courses located near by with Highland Preserve being across the street. Around 1 hour drive to Seminole hard Rock Casino Take a day trip over to the beautiful beach in Clearwater or Visit the Busch Gardens and Tampa Bay. Natural springs are a beautiful sight to see, if you’re up for a little day trip other than theme parks, many have paddle boarding, kayaking, tubing and swimming available Book a jet ski tour and see some dolphins up close! The list of things to do go on and on. Contact us for suggestions of places close by and day trips ** resort fee of approximately $23+tax per day (per reservation not per individual) ** parking spaces for only TWO (2) cars in the driveway. Absolutely NO PARKING on the street. Towed at car owner’s expense. ** “Check in” at the reception to obtain wrist bands

Great place for a family w young kids
Place is nice, clean and updated. The 4 bd rm 4 barh has plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Could use a few additional things; access to baby crib, stroller and bbq utensils for community grill. Easy to walk to pool and the provided towels are a plus. The 3 kids 1,4 and 7 love the resort. The arcade was nice too. The food at the bar is average and nothing special. The staff at the whole resort is very helpful. The property owner has quick response to question. 10 minutes away is a anything you need. Will stay again.

Great family vacation to disney world
It was a great place for a family vacation. It was just as advertised. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Place was clean and had everything you needed plus more! We even did a family holiday dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. Resort was perfect for young teens, plenty to do for them. Place was a great location for a disney vacation, longest drive was 35 minutes because we left a little late and hit some school traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place
We couldn’t enter the home due to our access code not being set up prior to arrival. Thankfully at 1am the property manager answered the phone and was able to get us into t(e home. The basics like garbage bags, dish washer detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and pods to wash clothes was not there we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels everything left there was left in 3s which clearly was not enough. One toilet paper roll and paper towel roll. We also dealt with sugar ants everywhere in the dining and kitchen. Grub bugs inside throughout also. I would not stay with this management again but will stay at the regal palms resort.

Summer vacation
The reason I did not give this property 5 stars in every category is because it was a small pain to have to check-in at the front instead of just going straight to the property. Also, everyone has to pay a resort fee of $156 for a week, which I was not aware of. Usually at other resorts I've stayed at, you are only charged a resort fee if you use the amenities of the resort. We never used any of the amenities. The property itself is nice, clean, and well-stocked.

Family Vacation
We had a fantastic stay! We booked for 10 days with 10 guests (6 were only for the first week), and we had plenty of room! It was a quick 40 min drive to Universal, and we even spent a day going to St Petersburg. The pond in back had turtles that the kids enjoyed seeing, The resort amenities are wonderful and the staff friendly. We reached out on an issue with the a/c and Chris and Karla were very prompt to get it fixed. They were very friendly as well. My husband and I both agree we would be willing to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Home Away From Home❤️
We just travelled home after a week at this property and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our choice. Economically priced, our family of 7 got bang for our buck by having a complete home to use (teens need their space!) along with resort amenities like the gym and fun pools, on top of visiting the theme parks. Like two vacations in one! Clean, well stocked with essentials like soap, detergent, etc, and so incredibly spacious! We even left some extras for the next guests to use, including our Universal umbrella that we sadly couldn’t fit in our luggage (and a rogue grey sock…!). Can’t wait to return again!!!!

Beautiful home with lots of room. Short walk to beautiful pool, restaurant and gym. Pond out back where you can see turtles and birds. The whole family enjoyed. Short ride to Disney also

It was a very nice townhouse! It was clean and the pictures were exactly what it looked like in person. The pool was very refreshing. We had a great girls trip. I would definitely stay here again
