This home, overlooking the fourth tee of the Polo Park East Golf Course, gives you the best of both worlds with easy access to the serene lake, as well as dining, shopping, and Disney World.

Walk to Old Lake Davenport where you can relax on the shore, fishing, or boat, kayak, or canoe. When you're in the mood for crowds and fun activities, less than 10 miles to Disney World theme parks and less than 15 miles to Disney Springs, and Providence Golf Club is 15 miles away.

You'll likely spend much of your time on the enclosed patio, which overlooks a large, community grassy area, taking a refreshing dip in the pool, catching up on your reading, and enjoying the delicious meals you make on the gas grill. The spacious rooms, free WiFi, and a full kitchen provide comfort and convenience, and relaxing in the deep soaking tub is an ideal way to end your days.

Things to Know:
The pool can be heated upon request from October through May! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $32 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
