You're just a short 15-minute drive from the Disney entrance along with all your shopping, dining, and grocery needs.

Stay connected with high-speed WiFi available in the home and pool area. The home has 8 Smart TVs for your entertainment in every room, including the Living Area and the upstairs Loft.
Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, Hulu, and more available on all TVs.
Cable Tv is available in the living room and loft only along with streaming options.

Enjoy a private deck/lanai for relaxation
For those chilly days, opt for a heated spa and swimming pool (heating available at an extra charge of $25/day – you must let us know 24 hours in advance)
The heated pool can only be ordered for entire stay and not available for partial days of your stay. Please note that on days when the outside temp is below 50 degrees, the pool will not heat as well.)

*****BBQ Rental and Usage******
We provide BBQ rental for $75/per stay on AS-IS basis.
We do not provide cleaning service for the grill.
The guest is responsible for cleaning the grill.
The propane tank may or may not be empty, and it's the responsibility of the guest to get it refilled before you can use the BBQ grill.
As a common curtsey, we request all guests to clean the BBQ grill for the next guest to enjoy.
If there is unauthorized usage of the grill, there will be a $125 fee applied.

A fee of $100 / day will be applied for unauthorized pets. An additional fee of $500 will be applied for deep cleaning.
Majority of our guests are comfortable with the following indoor temp, we set the smart thermostat to the following range on auto.
AC: 68 - 78 degrees
Heat: 67 - 74 degrees
You are free to select the temp from this range for your comfort. We can accommodate your request to set a temp out of this range at a fee of $15/day.
