Disney Dream Villa is a ground floor 4-bedroom vacation home located in Crystal Cove Resort in Kissimmee, FL. Within 10 minutes of Walt Disney World, this home is perfect to unwind during your visit to Central Florida. Your rental includes bed linens, towels, kitchenware as well as Wi-Fi and cable television. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there are flat screen TVs in the living room, master bedroom and queen room.

Great Location!
This is the second time we have stayed at Crystal Cove and it was just as great this time as it was the first! Everything was clean and as described. Great and easy command with the owners. Pool is perfect and private. The house is close to all attractions and easy in/easy out! Thank you again for a great stay! We will be booking again!

Nice vacation
Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn't get to the house until 12:00am. We couldn't get in the house for another 45 minutes after texting with someone because the code didn't work. The house could use some attention. The chairs and barstools are all lose, the sliding glass door going out to the patio is awful to open and close, the washer and dryer sound like they are going to take off, and the fan in the bathroom across from the garage doesn't work. I'm sure the house gets a ton of use, but these things would be nice fixed. Otherwise everything was great! We didn't have any wash cloths for the kitchen, so we purchased some and left them, and also some beach toys we purchased and left in the garage for another family to use.

Excellent Stay!
We were in town for a cheer competition at ESPN and this house was perfect!! Perfect location, perfect amenities, and perfect hosts! Quiet, relaxing neighborhood and our kids loved the pool! Everything in the house was great. Laundry in house made for easy packing when going home. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you!!

Family vacation
Recommend this home for those looking to have fun with the family. We have children ages 8 and 3 and could not have picked a better area. Check in was very east, management was very responsive and the pool was just the cherry on top. Very easy location to travel to and from. Local shops, attractions and restaurants convenient locations.

Perfect place for a getaway

This was a great place to stay
This property was very clean inside and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. If you want privacy outside you will not get it at this property, houses are very close together. Also, they need more outside seating area for large groups, we had 3 seats at the table and one of them we couldn't use because it was rusted on the bottom and sat uneven. It wasn't an issue for us because there was only 2 of us, but if we went back with our children and grandchildren it'd be a problem. We had issues with the pool and hot tub the first day but they were very prompt in getting it fixed. Overall we had a fabulous time and highly recommend it.

Great location and house
The house was well located just off the 192, but was extremely quiet, given its location so close to a main 4 lane highway. There were a few cleaning issues when we arrived (trash bags scattered all around the trash bins which were totally empty) but the managers got in touch straight away and sent a rep around. My hubby hates spiders and there were about 100 all in the covered patio meaning he wouldn’t go outside until it was resolved, which unfortunately took some time due to pest control and then pressure washing to remove the dead spiders. I feel that the house could do with a good deep clean, and certainly wasn’t to our expectations on arrival, but the cleaners were brought in the next day to resolve, I intentionally didn’t tell them all the issues so I could check if they were just resolving what we said or whether cleaning properly, unfortunately it was the latter (a previous occupant dropped a bottle behind the side drawers in The master suite and this was still there when we returned). That said, the managers were very responsive. The pool area was lovely, but only 2 loungers, this property can house 9 people, and feel that the owner should invest in further loungers (this is after all a holiday location where you have a pool and sit in the sun) also seats in the main lounge were only sufficient for 6 people at a push). It was just my husband and I but in the future we want to bring extended family to this accommodation, which we could not until more loungers were provided. There was an ottoman (which I assume would house bedding from the bed settee) which was literally rotten and falling apart. Blinds in the main lounge could do with a service as they are extremely difficult to pull across, and may break if not serviced. Please take care on the pool area, due to multiple levels caused by the spa, I fell in this area, and only nearly missed falling into the pool where the water is a foot deep. We had a lovely relaxing holiday at the villa and felt very safe. We are experience holidayers in Orlando having owned an Orlando villa rental business renting out 7 villas in 2 villages along the 535, and so I hope some of the comments here will be investigated further by the property managers/owner as we are very happy to help make the customer experience even better!

Really imprsssed
W e were 5 adults and 2 children. We were impressed with the quality of the house and it's furnishings. We had a problem with the hot water heater one day and I called. They fixed it the same day and followed up the next day to make sure all was ok. All in all we had a very good time. It was tiring days at Disney and we were glad to get back to the house and relax just like we were at home. We are big hockey fans and were surprised and happy to be able to watch a game just about every night. We highly recommend this house. Gary Daigneault

nice villa
on first impressions villa was lovely, spacious and very clean. beds are exyremely comfortable and i could have taken mine home, lots of storage in bedrooms. bathrooms are great showers are lovely and all was cleaned well. However there is only a 2 seater and 3 seater settee to sit on which for more than 5 small adults means sitting on the floor or dining room chairs if you all want to watch a movie etc. outside seating is very poor, there is only 2 sunloungers which do not look like they have been cleaned since purchase so you can see what the previous occupants had for their tea if you open them to lying position,or again you can choose to sit on upright chairs which are very unconfortable. not what i came to florida for to sit in sun on wicker chairs!!!. barbecue has broken burners so we decided not to use, pool man came and left side gate open so a flood of flies had invaded the sitting area by the time we got back,and the other side gate was broken. in all i would recommend some of the issues mentioned are fixed and then im sure it would be a nice villa to stay jn

Really nice vacation home
House was clean and beautifully furnished. Beds were comfortable. We only had a couple of maintenance issues with slow draining of front shower and a sink which were promptly resolved by Roberto with a quick simple phone call. Otherwise no check in problems, no check out problems. We loved both the house and the rental agency. The Wi-Fi was nice and reasonably fast. The only drawback if I had to nitpick was the lack of tv's in the kids rooms but not a huge issue since we spent more time in the pool and the theme parks than watching tv. Excellent distance from attractions and the neighborhood was quiet at night. Overall very relaxing vacation home.

Private, quiet, Gated community. Ranch style home with nice pool and hot tub. Used Pool solar cover to keep pool water nice and warm. Flat screen TVs worked for all channels in Family, Master and 2nd bedroom. Wood floor in main and kitchen area. Didn't use the kids rooms. Generally a great place to stay close to activities without having to enter toll roads. Sparse when it came to cleaning supplies and pool stuff.

Florida vacation with another family
Great first impression of this home - gated community! Open concept home, layout was great for our two families, a total of seven of us. Very clean and really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and BBQ! Super close to the Walmart, parks and shopping. The water pressure and hot water wasn't great, but, was fine for the week. Would come back again!

Great house, beautiful pool. Good spot for my big family reunion as we went to the parks. Only problem was the hot water went out on day 2- a part broke. Management did find a solution- we walked to the property across the way to shower, but it would have been nice if they followed up; I had to call after we came home from Universal in the evening to ask for an update " so, the water still isn't fixed..? What's the plan?" & then they offered the solution. So, someone is always available by phone, but it would have been nice to be Kept in the loop or for them to have offered a solution instead of me having to call and ask for one.
