"It was nice and clean, comfortable and accommodating. Parking is on street and neighbors are not happy when you park in front of their house, the spot in front of the rental was occupied by a car all week with out moving so it's essentially impossible not to park in front of a neighboring home. After the neighbor told me to move my car, I used the driveway, since there was no one I in the front house most of the week. "

"the stay was great, the road down to the property is rough and slippery because of the loose gravel, but the property was well-equipped if you needed anything you may have forgotten from home decor, it was a bit strange as it is a beach/dune property, the bed sheets are stained and they should be replaced"

"This is such a fun space that the property owners have clearly put a lot of thought and intention into. The space I stayed in was clean, had fun decorations, modern facilities, easy-to-find resources, great wi-fi, and was so cozy. Having a pet-friendly space on vacation is critical, and this was a great one for me and my dog. My only recommendation would be to specify that there is an upstairs and downstairs unit. Check-in was a little confusing for me and the downstairs tenant because of that....

"This accommodation was a large heritage home made into nice sized apartments. This apartment had a nice sized kitchen with all amenities. Coffee and treats were left for us . The bedroom was simple but the bed was very comfortable. A white noise machine was in the bedroom if needed. We spent a few evenings watching a movie and felt very safe. Parking was provided for us in the back of building. Highly recommend the beautiful Japanese garden and Shores Acre!! Then we went to Newport and watched...

"The property perches on a cliff that overlooks Battle Rock and looks over Port Orford Bay and out to the open ocean. Sea conditions were very mild during our stay. I'm looking forward to hearing the crash of waves when the sea is more active during our next visit. Close by there is beach access. Given the competitive daily rent, a visit of two to six people would be greatly enjoyed. The unit is fun and quaint and depicted well in the on-line info. "

"View was perfect! Hard to get down to the beach though for my husband with limited mobility. Well maintained but appliances are outdated. Burners are so crooked that my pancakes came out lopsided. One of the reasons I booked this property was to listen to the waves at night. However, the refridgerator was so loud I couldn't hear them. It also vibrated the floor. Felt like the old magic fingers beds. T-Fal pans are also scarred."

"This apartment is nicely laid out and well furnished and equipped..Everything works. And the kids in the neighborhood were friendly on our walks to the nearby beach. The location was near the core of Brookings for dining and shopping and what have you, but far enough away to keep the apartment quiet inside and out. Just right for a couple of retirees."
