"The photos are accurate and the location was wonderful. The condo is an older building, and when we arrived the elevator was out for the first 4 days of our stay, but it wasn’t a big deal as the apartment itself is only up one flight of stairs. We have rented many other condos previously but I’ve never encountered one with such a well-equipped and beautiful kitchen! We also really appreciated having some kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, trash bags, and dishwasher pods well-stocked....

"Needed a small quaint place to stay for the long weekend in Melbourne and this was perfect. It’s older and has a musty smell but being by water I would expect that somewhat. The owners were great and responsive and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Great location. It was a lovely little bungalow and we Would stay again. "

"We have visited Ocean Village several times over the last few years. This corner unit is on the golf course overlooking the 1st hole. It is a short walk to all the main facilities (tennis, pool, restaurant, tiki bar, beach, clubhouse). The unit is clean with many nice amenities. The owner, Ed, communicates very well and is available to assist. Very simple and easy check-in. Thank you!"

"The place was in a great location and was everything it said it was. The owner was great as well. WiFi is pretty bad- so don’t count on that. But everything else was great!"

"Our family loves this beach house. We have stayed there now 6 times. We hadn't been for a few years and came back this year and felt like we'd returned home. There have been nice upgrades to the living room furniture and seating/tables outside. It was VERY clean upon arrival with fresh flowers waiting for us. "What a great house! The location is superb .. right on the Atlantic Ocean! The house is way better in real life than the photos! We were welcomed and assisted with any questions! I highly recommend this property!"

"Horrível o quarto não tinha nem lixo.Sem mesa e cadeiras, sem aparador para malas, sem porta no banheiro, chuveiro não tinha regulagem, só fervendo."

Café da manhã à lá carte não me agrada.

"O hotel é muito bonito, piscina ótima aquecida, só não gostei do sistema do café da manhã à la carte. Além de muito caro os pratos são muito grandes. Acho muito melhor café da manhã self service. O atendimento da recepção na nossa chegada também foi muito fraco. "
