"Stayed here with my family of 8 recently. The house was beautiful but the yard needed some upkeep. Weeds all around. The hot tub cover was torn and ripped. When we arrived, the temp of the house was set to 77. We figured out how to change the temp, but it took HOURS for it to cool down. Since there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, prepare to roast!! There did not appear to be any locks on several of the bedrooms I checked. One of the bedrooms upstairs did not even have doors, only...

"Great stay at this property with my daughters and their families. The cottage was very clean and only a block away from the lake. Little extras were appreciated at this property, including a welcome tray of goodies with a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the pool and nearby park. Niagara on the Lakes restaurants are all close by. "This was our first stop in Canada, and this property felt like home. It was very comfortable - for lounging and for sleeping. A grand old home with nice updates. The host was wonderful, with lots of history and recommendations. He personally delivered breakfast each morning. The location was great! A walkable neighborhood. A lovely backyard and patio. We hated to leave, but our journey continued. We would definitely book again!"

"My partner and I got married at the nearby Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. We chose to stay with some of our wedding party at Cedarcliff not only because it was close by, but because we know it would be for great pre-ceremony photos of us and our party. The only comment I would make is that the house comfortable sleeps 10, not 12 as the listing suggests. We ended up putting one person in a cot in the living room and another guest on an air mattress we happened to have in our car."

"This was the worst booking I ever had.. first of all, when we reached, the keypad was not working, then got hold of host and after attempting two different codes, it worked.. when we went in, the whole house was mess with pan masala, alcohol including toilet, all bedrooms, kitchen and fridge. "We rented for a small wedding - 25 total The house is huge & all the wedding party was able to stay togather. It was the perfect size & layout. The area is quiet as the house is rather tucked into the peach orchard. The peach orchard, gardens & yard were amazing in July as the background for our daughter's wedding! "We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this adorable cottage, which is more spacious than it looks from the outside. Property is well-stocked with items you might need in the kitchen, including chopsticks, which we were so happy to find when DoorDash forgot them. There's exercise equipment, a fenced backyard, grill, fire pit, great water pressure. It's also convenient to a lot of amazing restaurants with plant-based options and just a short drive to Toronto.
