"This condo was in a location for us. It was mid September and not huge crowds. The condo was at the end of the beach. Great views of the ocean pretty quiet. Small store about 8 minutes away, a little bigger store and restaurants in seabrook about 12 minutes away. There are grills and play area and some nice litttle trails on property. I would definitely stay there again well taken care of with a nice balcony"

"The lake was everything we expected. Use of the canoe was great. The 17 year old commented thanks for bringing us - it was chill! The property was comfortable other than a couple of comments- the bedding and dishes were just okay and deck lounge chairs would have been nice. Nice."

"A great visit to Moclips. Communication/checkin was easy and seamless. Was met by Jerry and saw him throughout the visit. Condo was clean and comfortable. Recently updated. Fully supplied kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Great water pressure. 100 yard walk to wide open and empty beach. Dogs had a wonderful time. Will always be a great option for an off-season visit."

"Cozy little stay with great amenities- kitchenette, nice property, ping pong, pool, community room. Beautiful and easy walk to beach. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Our car broke down and they were very flexible while we muddled through getting repairs. Definitely will stay again "

"1970s bungalow-style buildings with updated kitchen and bathroom. Felt homey. Note that the swimming pool is summer only (june) The best part of this property is the beach. Because Copalis is not developed, the beach had no crowds, cars, or garbage. Just miles of beauty. "

"We loved our stay at High Tide! The condo was clean and well stocked. All the windows made it bright and let us see the view of the ocean from anywhere in the place. The check in process was easy and the staff were wonderful. There were many walking paths to the river and the beach. There were also several outdoor activities like horse shoes, a firepit, sand box and a community grill. We hope to come back again. "

"Hitide Resort is an excellent getaway to Moclips beach. The condo was super clean and comfortable with all amenities you would expect including towels and treats for the pups. Comfy bed and gorgeous view. Nice staff, a great place to stay especially if travelling with pups."
