This apartment is ideal to spend your holidays surrounded by nature, and at the same time is only a few steps from the sea. Given its location, the apartment also lends itself as a starting point for viewing the entire east coast of Sardinia from the Costa Smeralda to San Teodoro / Budoni.

This house consists of a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom with also a single bed and bathroom; to complete the apartment an outdoor area with table and chairs. Ideal apartment to spend your holidays surrounded by nature and at the same time a few steps from the sea. Other facilities include a TV and washing machine.

The beach is 950 m away and therefore can be reached on foot, but for those who want to go there by car, it can be done because the apartment has the possibility of free parking 200 meters from the Prima Spiaggia di Porto Istana.

Important Information:-Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.
-Kitchenette and crockery to be left tidy and clean; otherwise, a supplement of €50.00 will be applied.
-Linen hire upon notice: €20.00 per person.
-Option to smoke only in outdoor spaces.
-Late check-in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): €50.00; late check-out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay.
-Tourist tax is to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality.
-Security deposit: €200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; upon its return, the accommodation must be free of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
-Final cleaning is 100.00 €
-Pets are not allowed.
-Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
