"The property was beautiful, well-tended and expansive. I do not golf but it appears to appeal to those that do. I did not have my family with me (friend trip) but clearly family friendly with the large water park and lots of areas for families and kids to have fun. The athletic center and spa services were a nice bonus also. For the price point, I found it all excellent with the exception of very tight parking and a room that was bit dated. "Rooms are a bit outdated in decor but I don't generally care about that sort of thing. The pool is nice as was the water park, but both were full of screaming kids behaving poorly without parental supervision (and no intervention by property staff). Overall, I found this to be overpriced for a generic sun belt city like Phoenix, but the property is clean and well managed and there's ample free parking which IS unique for most hotels/resorts."
