"Os funcionários da recepção e do café da manhã Sa muito mal educados , não trocaram roupa de cama , me colocaram no quarto de acessibilidade com muitas luzes se alerta no quarto que não desligava a noite , o banheiro com barras de emergência e atendente do café manhã não me deixou tomar café disse que era para eu pegar as coisas e tomar no quarto , não entendi isso até hoje e foi super grosseira ."

The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was very convenient, with many attractions just a short drive away. To top it off, we were lucky to have perfect weather during our visit, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"Brought my wife to Charlotte for an overnighter and chose Hyatt House cause of its walking distance to the venue we were attending. I was very happy with the hotel, it’s staff, and the accommodations. Hotel was right in the middle of town, only two minute walk from the arena. Staff were extremely pleasant and checked us in with no delays or issues. The room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for the night. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt House on my next visit to Charlotte!"
