"Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay."

"Good location. kept clean. Property is so old it needs improvements. Appliances need replacement. New paint and mending or even replacement of wood trims can add appropriate appearance. from day one in our stay there was lack of heating. This should had been taken care of prior to our arrival"

"The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

"Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Sie war noch schöner als die Bilder vermitteln und war komplett neu renoviert. Die Wohnung hat einen "Zuhause-Wohlfühl-Charakter" und wir sind immer gut in den Tag gestartet. Richmond selbst ist schon ein sehenswertes Städtchen und man kommt von Richmond-Station gut in die Londoner City. Wir waren eine Woche dort. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Miete war für die Lage mehr als angemessen. Liebe Grüße an Jonathan und seinen Staff. Martina und Nick aus...

"Great apartment - clean and very well equipped. Excellent communication with the hosts when required. The area is quiet but also has good links to bus network and on to Southall for the Elizabeth Line. Able to park on a local street without permit which was very helpful. "I was disappointed in the area, was expecting it to be nicer since it is so close to the airport. Finding buses, train etc was good. The accommodations was not as expected as advertised on the website. Communication with the rental office is only by email."

"The host only replied to contact me on the very afternoon I was due to stay. He said the room is not available!! I'd already come to suspect that something was wrong, but without confirmation either way I was pickled. I had to make my own decision to cancel at risk of not getting a refund, just so I could (unsuccessfully) try to find other options. It was a disaster! An absolute disaster."
