"This cabin is beautiful! Its in a great location woth excellent views. There was an event going on at Terry Peak ,so there was no trailer parking. The host allowed us to go to the cabin early to park so we could unload and go ride. The cleaning crew was there and they were wonderful! We came up with a group of friends to ride side by sides. There was room for everyone. Very spacious! The views from the deck in the morning were amazing, beautiful sunrises! "

"Our family loved our stay at Ghost Canyon Getaway! The location is so perfect! It’s not too far from Rapid City and is really close to Custer State Park. We loved seeing all the stars at night and the horses running across the field in the morning! The cabin was clean and cozy! There were 6 of us and everyone had plenty of space! We loved that there are 2 bathrooms! When we arrived, we were surprised it was a twin home. We thought it was a single-family home. But it wasn’t really a problem....

"The only reason I don’t want to write this review is that I worry our summer timeslot will be filled with other lucky groups.This was our second summer staying at this lodge for our multi-generational family, and it was just as perfect as the first time. "First of all, the property is just beautiful. Idyllic with horses and deer roaming in the fields. We enjoyed the yard where the kids ran around, explored, and played volleyball. The room was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. You can tell that the host has put a lot of thought into making it as convenient as possible. "We had a great week at the Alpine Prairie Lodge! We enjoyed the view and the privacy. It had everything we needed plus extra condiments we didn’t think we needed. The kids couldn’t wait to get back to the cabin each late afternoon/evening. We made supper every night and somehow, even though we make the same things at home, food tastes better in the mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub each night, and also connected as a family and played hide and seek when it got dark. "
