"Family group of several adults & age ranges from 40's - 70's stayed. Location with the trolley stops across the road was perfect. Everything was well stocked, instructions laid out well, fireplace was nice and cozy. I loved the couch but it was difficult for some of the older people in our group to sit comfortably in. Steps upstairs are steep so the younger crew stayed upstairs. Great property, definitely will stay again!"

"Lots of room inside the house for hanging out and sleeping. The yard was nice and kids had fun playing outside. Great views of the city and close to lots of the South Dakota sites."

"Stayed there for a convention and chose this property to save a few bucks. This wonderful place was so much better than what my colleagues had at the event!"

"The hillside house is in the northside of Rapid City on a quiet street. We had quick and easy commutes to downtown, SD Mines campus, and restaurants. The house was spacious and clean. The house had all the cooking supplies we needed to prepare meals. Cupboards were labeled which was convenient. Each floor had a large living room area with a TV and plenty of seating. Communication with the host was great and he responded quickly. I would rent again and would recommend this house to others. "

"Every need was met before we even arrived at this home. It is great for 2 couples as there is 2 beds and a bath upstairs and 1 bed and bath downstairs. Beautifully decorated and everything we could have needed was supplied. Communication was great as well. The location is great for everything South Dakota has to offer. If Vrbo offered the option for a 10, I would definitely rate them a 10. "

"This was a nice house in a great remote location with a river in the back yard. The listing was alittle deceiving because it said room for 6 cars and the pictures show a 3 stall garage. We expected access to the 3 garage stalls and then pqrking outside. But instead we had 1 stall. We had 2 demolition derby cars we wanted to store in the garage to keep them out of the snow that was coming in and we also had a nice suv we wanted to keep inside. Needless to say we were alittle shocked. The stove...

"This home is such a great space for family! Wide open concept both upstairs and down. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need, bedrooms are nice size, and the basement was our families icing on the cake. The little kids loved the carpeted basement to play on, while the older kids loved all the games. The communication with the owners was always an immediate response. If you are looking for a place in Spearfish S.D., I highly recommend this home. We definitely will be back!! "
