"The title above is a comment from my 16 year old grandson. There were 16 family members(age 8 to 74) in our group and I never once heard complaints of being bored The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, perfect for social interaction and still allows alone time for those that need it. "My family of 10 people ranging in age from 12 to 71 years enjoyed this home so much. It was fully stocked, sheets and towels provided, kitchen amenities and family games. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The pool in the community was another bonus. It is super close to all the Bethany attractions and we will definitely be renting here again. The owner has excellent communication and is super responsive. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had a bunch of convenient amenities. We especially loved the screened in porch! Lots of kids stuff available for use at the house, which was appreciated. Close distance to grocery stores and short drive to the beach. Wish we could've stayed longer! "

"No Air Conditioning upon arrival, Property Manger called Technician 18 hours after I reported problem soon after arrival. Condo appearance was excellent but strong smell of Moth Balls at entry, and throughout unit. Had to checkout out after failed attempt at repair."

"The house was super comfortable with tons of space for our family of 8 and every appliance you would need- washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster and propane grill. It also had 2 adult bikes for getting around the community, 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach and a beach wagon to carry them in! It was 65 per person for the resort pass to access the pool, beach shuttle and sports courts- which came with equipment borrowing too! Overall- i highly recommend!"

"I miss the couch already so comfy! Nice, peaceful location. Loved being able to walk to the pool and playground. Tennis and volleyball courts looked nice, although we didn’t use them.Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean.
