****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Its' colors painting a new masterpiece on the waters of the ocean. Sounds of seagulls and waves crashing onto the beach can be heard, as they set the soundtrack for the start of another beautiful day. All the while, you'll be taking it all in from the balcony of this beautiful unit as you enjoy your morning coffee!

You'll enjoy relaxing in this extremely clean unit! It features a recently updated kitchen for your culinary creations and new flooring throughout. There are two nice flat screen TV's and of course internet access. Sleeping accommodations feature a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. Yes, there is a washer and dryer!

In addition to only being steps from the beach, the unit is conveniently located on 71st street. This puts you in the perfect location to enjoy all the great restaurants and activities that Ocean City has to offer!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 71st street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Sweet Condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo that is centrally located in Ocean City with a balcony view of the ocean! It was close to the entryway onto the beach, making it easy to move between beach and home with ease. The condo was clean, simple and comfortable! Easy temperature regulation, nicely supplied, with plenty of linens! We have been in similar circumstances in which hosts are very miserly with linens and paper supplies. This was not the case for this home. Very happy with our stay. The property management company was very responsive and hand delivered a missing parking pass. Can’t thank them enough! Great location! Very clean
The view is amazing! The covered parking spot is very convenient. We really appreciated the cleanliness and having access to a washer and dryer. The only thing is a different company manages this rental so they won't answer your VRBO messages. Their emails went to my junk mail so I was in a panic before our stay. It would be great if they could check the VRBO messages too. Also, the AC is the living room makes a crazy moan when the compressor turns off. I hope they eventually fix that.

Perfect
The location is better than the listing. The ocean view from the balcony is dramatic. Great views. I was concerned this was in a condo with a lot of neighbors but there was no noise. The beach is in the perfect spot, there is minimal high rise hotels on this stretch of the Coastal Highway leaving the beach more secluded. I would 10/10 stay here again and highly recommend. There is plenty to do in the area. It took about 1.5 hour walk to get to the boardwalk. There is a bus that runs all day for $4 / day / person.

OCMD getaway
Amazing location and great little place for my small family. Easy access to the beach which is great with young kids. Parking is tight with bigger vehicles (f350) but made it work. Will definitely be back next year.

Comfy getaway
Clean and comfy with a great water view. Bed was comfortable and building was overall quiet. I’m always scared of loud neighbors but we we had no issues. The AC units in the condo are a bit loud so if you are a light sleeper like me bring your earplugs. The parking lot is a bit narrow but we have a long bed truck and bike racks…normal cars will be just fine. We still made it work. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location
Perfect stay for our family of 4. Place was clean, comfortable and cute! Could tell there were some updates, didn’t have that beach worn look to the furniture or flooring. Nice view off the patio, basically beachfront! The 3 flights of steps we had to trek daily helped us justify our dumser’s ice cream! Would stay here again!

Home away from home
My fiancé and our 2 kids (7 and 5) stayed over 4th of July weekend and it was amazing! We got to see 2 firework shows from our balcony on the 4th which was a great surprise!. We loved that we had Dough Roller across the street and went a few times. Also enjoyed being able to set up our spot on the beach and avoid overcrowding. The stairs were good for not allowing me to be lazy and take the easy route, but a elevator would have definitely helped for arrival and departure, not a big deal though. We ended up leaving or beach chairs/bags in the trunk of the car rather then bringing up the stairs and having to bring down again the next day so it worked out well..

Second Time Visit, and We'll Be Back Again
Last time we were here (pre-Covid), we loved it, so when we decided to travel to OC again, this was the first place we looked. It was available, and still is a great place to stay. The balcony literal looks at the ocean; you can sit there all day and enjoy the view. Beach is only steps away. Inside, bed is comfy and pull out couch is great for the kids. (Everyone will be getting up at the same time because the couch is in the middle of the living room and right next to the balcony.) Also, XBox One works for a distraction; no "condo account" so be prepared to download your account. Location is perfect; plenty of eating options in walking distance, and you're on the north side of OC, so it's not as noisy as the boardwalk end. But boardwalk is in drivable distance (if you don't mind looking for parking). Great place to stay, convenient to everything, good communication. Can't go wrong.

The condo was clean and comfortable, the views were great, and it was just a short walk to the beach, which was beautiful. Would have been nice to have lamps in the living room instead of just a very bright overhead light, but otherwise the space was very comfortable. David was also helpful when we had a question about the TV. All told, a very nice weekend!

Perfect weekend place
Thank you for our stay at your place last week. We arrived late on a Friday and left late on Sunday after work called us to come back one day early. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our son slept on the pull-out sofa. The place is meticulously clean and decorated very tastefully and nicely. We brought our own linens and towels but there were two beach towels left for our use. We didn't end up using them but it was nice that they were there. Kitchen has a Keurig so bring pods if you want coffee in the morning. The toaster was fun because our bagels popped up very fast. And made us laugh. The view of the ocean was glorious. I watched every sunrise and it was very beautiful. Going in the beginning of september, we saw dolphins in the water but we also had some of those biting flies. Bring bug spray down to the beach. Another thing for renters to know is that there isn't a elevator so this condo is on the third floor and if you have troubles with steps, this not might not be the place for you. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the air conditioning units to be working very well for a good night's sleep. We didn't walk anywhere for food but we could have. We ate at mackie's one night and we went to the boardwalk another night. Thank you for a wonderful two nights and we hope to be back.

Fantastic
The location of this rental can’t be beat. It’s a smaller place but our family of 4 were very comfortable during our stay. We had trouble with the door code to get in on arrival but a phone call fixed that very quickly. No issues with the door again. It was very clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable (even the pull out), plenty of hot water for showers and the washer and drier worked well. Kitchen is well stocked with great appliances. There are a few beach chairs available for use which were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great trip at this great beach view condo
This was our second year in a row coming to this beach front view condo and we felt so at home coming back. It really was even better the second time, just being more familiar, it was really easy and still perfectly located on the strip. We were very happy with the room in general again, and the one thing we didnt like, the leather chairs that were falling apart last year were replaced with really nice chairs. Well kept place. I did have the plunge the bathroom sink as it was very slow to drain, but otherwise a perfect stay again. Kitchen is very stocked up with what you would need to cook most meals. Bring a fire stick and you are set up, or use the Xbox they have. The balcony is calling my name as I write this; We would definitely come back to this location.

Nice place. Mattress could be updated. Xbox but no games. Nice and clean. Decent view. Only coffee maker is a keurig FYI so bring k cups. We had a great time overall and would rent again.
