Nail'D It: Second row with unobstructed Ocean View! Family and Pet friendly!!

No paid parking worries here! Beach access 100 yards! No need for golf carts either!!

'Nail'D It' is a great four bedroom two bath house on second row with an unobstructed view. Beach access right across the street. Public fishing pier and restaurant across the street as well. Dog friendly with a pet stay fee. No need to get a golf cart, everything is a walk away with the beach access, pier shop, pier cafe, pier bar and Island Way all across the street.

One bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms with queen sized beds and one room with two twin bunks (4 twin beds). One pull out couch in the living room if needed. A washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Fully outfitted kitchen with all the conveniences needed. Wi-Fi throughout the home. Linens are provided. One bath with a walk in shower and the other with a tub, both bathrooms have modern vanities, hair dryers and shampoo, conditioner as well as hand soap.

In the kids room, there are toys, books and a pack-n-play for use. We provide a clean crib sheet in the hall closet. Bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels and wash cloths in the hall closet. Beach towels if needed in laundry closet.

Kitchen is stocked with drip coffee maker, coffee girnder, blender, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, mixing bowls, measuring cups, kids plates, kids cups and bakeware. Enough daily glassware and plates for up to 12. Dishwasher for getting it all clean!

Bring sign in info for your streaming (Netflix/Hulu/Amazon etc.) accounts so you can access it on the smart TVs. The Bose radio has an aux input to play music from your phone/iPod/iPad and sounds great! Audio cables provided or use bluetooth.

Large front and back decks, both with gates, give your pets plenty of contained outdoor space.

Keyless code entry on the back door means you don't have to keep up with a key and everyone in your party always has access.

This house Nailed’ it!
Fabulous location. Right across the street to the beach. The front porch is just perfect. House is a nice floor plan with 2 bedrooms and full bath on the right side and left side of the home and kitchen and living room in the middle! Lots of toys, coloring books, games, for kids and adults alike. The only thing I would have thought would make perfect is if they had an area with left over beach items like toys, chairs, umbrella ect. Butttt so many places close by to purchase those items. We will definitely be back!

Great location and lots of living space. Ocean views in the morning, sipping on coffee were spectacular. Easy to get to grocery stores and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Oak Island!

An amazing time!!
We enjoyed the location!! It was a nice size for 10 people, toys were a blessing for the younger children, easy check-in, communication was very polite, and we enjoyed tv's in each room. Clean-up was very easy and posted nicely. Staying there made vacation, very enjoyable!!!! Will come back for sure!!! Thank you !!!

Need one more house
We have rented this property along with the one beside it for several years. We need one more house and rented one on 11th Ave this year. Would love to rent one on either side of these two. The houses are great with only minor issues like the hair dryer which needs to be hung and the soap dispenser in the same bathroom which doesn’t work. Otherwise, all good!

This was our first visit to Oak Island. We loved the small coastal community feeling and the fact that it wasn’t overrun with hotels and condos. The house was very comfy and stocked with everything you could possibly need (except a cleaning tool for shrimp). Beds were comfortable and we loved the front porch. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome Beach time !
The house was exactly as pictured and everything was clean and well maintained. The appliances were newer and the kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, pots, etc. it was nice to get there and find the beds already made and the linens all clean in the closet. I really appreciate the communication with Emily! She responded quickly to all questions and made us feel right at home. Great vacation in the books!

Perfect family home
Last minute trip to the beach with the grands. Everyone loved it. The beach was within walking distance right across the street. We are at the local restaurant that was directly across the street. It stayed busy. I loved the huge porch to sit and watch the ocean. The kids love sitting out there as well. We only turned on the television in the living room the whole time we were there. We are planning our next vacation and hopefully we can rent out both properties.

Clean, great location, met our needs. Perfect size for 3 families coming to town for a wedding. While the details are in the description, knowing that the house will be used for larger groups, it would have been nice if more essentials were provided (ie more trash bags, more toilet paper, etc ). Dishwasher was broken, so we had to hand wash everything we used, which was quite a lot considering we had 12 people staying. Great location. Great house. Would still recommend it to others.

The Oceanview deck with comfortable, sturdy outdoor furniture is very accommodating. The views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Ocean Crest pier are spectacular. We really enjoyed the layout and comfort of this beach house. We enjoyed our stay and you made it stress free.

Easy!
We had 4 nights booked and changed our plans to add one more night because we didn't want to leave! The location is just across the road from beach access. We'd easily go back and forth for snacks or to take the dog back for a break from the sun. The area was so dog-friendly, so the whole family had a great time. The Island Way restaurant across the street was always packed for dinner, but the noise didn't travel to the house. Evenings on the front deck listening to the ocean with the light breeze lead to extra naps. So relaxing! The houses are close to each other, but people were friendly and we always felt vey safe - even letting the dog out at random hours. Emily, the host, responded quickly to a few questions and to extend our stay. The high shower heads and keyless entry were nice touches - no losing keys at the beach! We would love to visit again.
