"For a single or a couple who do not plan on cooking anything beyond a microwave something, this unit is a perfect home base for a few days of tastings and superb restaurants within easy walking. It’s just off the west side of the square, has adjacent parking, Whole Foods is across the street, the patio was really nice for evening relaxation and morning coffee, bed was really comfortable, and it was super clean and nice. Host is wonderful. Nothing but good things to say here!"

The condo is beautifully taken care of and in the perfect spot in the city. Close to restaurants on Chestnut St and the Marina Green. The hosts were kind, thoughtful, and helpful. We felt so well taken care of. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting the perfect place to stay in the city. "

"I think this was our fourth stay in the appointment at La Loma Avenue. It is always a pleasure to stay with Susan and Greg. Their hospitality and friendlyness really makes it a great place to stay. You can walk to the university, to great shopping and cafes (eg Cheese Board!). And the view to the Bay is amazing! I hope that we will get the opportunity to return in the future."
