"The bungalow is located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown, restaurants, and museums. It was clean, nicely decorated, roomy, and had everything we needed."

"Spacious home with modern touches in a great location. Welcome goodie basket upon arrival. Very dog friendly with a fenced in large back and front yard. Neighborhood is lovely, picturesque and walkable. Enjoyed the fire-pit as well, but there was glare from tall fluorescent street lamps out back that borders Broad Street. Very quiet comfortable stay. Would definitely return! "

"This place had everything we needed and was in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and we’d stay there again for sure! Neighbors were a bit loud at night but nothing a sound machine can’t block out. "

"This is such a cosy house! I adore the floor plan, the huge backyard, the front porch! I personally love hearing the far away trains passing by, definitely not an obnoxious sound just peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe! We were able to bake my 4 year olds cake and celebrate his birthday! It's right between richmond and Fort Lee/Fort Gregg-Adams so its a very minimal commute whicever direction. We qould definitely stay here again!"

"Great location, grocery store right around the corner. Quick access to anywhere in Richmond via Chippenham. Kim was always ready to help at any time. We really enjoyed our stay. We’ll stay there again."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay and catching up. The house is as advertised and was very clean. The stairs are a little steep for someone that is older or has a young Child. The beds are all comfortable. Thanks for sharing your place with us!"

"Clean, spacious, well-equipped vrbo. Centrally located. Would definitely stay here again."

"We came to watch our daughter run the Richmond Marathon. The location of this property was perfect as we were able to walk to the marathon route. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for seven of us to stay. Having laundry on site amd two full baths was so helpful. Communication with the host was prompt and seemless. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"House is great for a large family or two couples and some kids. All bedrooms upstairs. TVs in all rooms except twin beds bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Within a couple miles of grocery store and 10-15 minutes from restaurants and shopping areas. Nice place to stay. Pets are an up charge but allowed. "

"This property is a spacious old house that has gone thru some good renovations. Good kitchen, family rooms and beds - close to lots that Richmond has to offer. Enjoyed walking the old neighborhood streets to Battery Park and looking at the older houses, and driving to hikes on the James River. "Everything was as shown in description, everything you may need away from home was there from coffee machine to hair dryer, all amenities needed were provided. Which ment our stay was stress free. James was always there to answer any questions even after my stay. If you want a clean peaceful house w a yard to enjoy thata close to everything this is the spot! I will be back!"
