"The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. "

"We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) "Really great place. Easy parking. Extremely clean and tidy. Very comfortable and easy access to everything Richmond! The host was extremely communicative throughout our stay and we had a wonderful visit. Highly recommend!! "

"Very nice place in the middle of Carytown. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning rocked. It was in the upper 90s outside and the apartment stayed wonderfully cool. "

"Was provided parking pass and parked in correct lot. Recd 2 50 parking tickets. Requested assistance from host and was advised they had ceased relationship with parking vendor, albeit was provided parking pass. Was refunded for 1 of 2 ticket. Asked about WiFi PW and advised it was on back of router but may not work due to recent change. Correct - no WiFi. Location was 3 blocks away from what is posted on site. Actual location in a more unsafe area. "

"Lovely home in a quiet area within walking distance to Forest Hill park and some restaurants. The house was very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the clear instructions and recommendations on nearby attractions and restaurants. "

The house was adorable, clean, and was perfect for our little family. We were in town primarily for my job, and the porch was a nice thing to relax on after a long day at the office. "

"The owner was very prompt and clear in communication, lives in the same building, so greeted us warmly, the property was clean and cozy and well appointed. The neighborhood is close to so many sites we wanted to see. Parking can be a little challenging in that area, but nothing we weren't able to work around."
