"A great time in Farmington! We were the only ones renting during our stay, so being in the area alone was a little spooky at times. But the property was delightful, had great accommodations in a small package, and wonderful sights and hikes were close by. Would certainly go again "

"What an amazing place! We loved every part of the house and the property! Our kids had a blast doing the scavenger hunt and we enjoyed s'mores by the fire each night. The house had everything we needed and there were so many little hidden treasures. We hope to visit again soon!"

"We stayed three nights at this beautiful place in Deep Creek lake and had the most wonderful time! The hosts truly thought of every need you might have, and they were very communicative and informative about the property and surrounding areas. The cabin and hot tub / grounds are immaculately maintained and kept. We barely needed to leave once but did go to enjoy a morning hike at Swallow Falls. We highly recommend this property and will hopefully be back soon!"

"A friend and I rendezvoused in the Canaan Valley in early November to hike in the nearby Dolly Sods and other trails in the area. Garagemahal was exactly as advertised: clean, quiet, spacious (for two people), and conveniently located. The owners/managers (Chip and Laurie), who live across the driveway, were friendly and available to provide information or report problems to (there weren't any), but were otherwise unobtrusive. We will return."

"We loved the cabin! In the perfect quiet location. Very clean and the host was amazing with communication. Definitely recommend this place! "

"Perfect little cabin for just 2 of us, with an adorable sleeping loft if you are traveling with kids. We enjoyed sitting out at the picnic table and watching the hummingbirds in the flowers. Well equipped kitchen and propane grill available as well. Short drive to Ohiopyle and other recreation areas. Would defjnately stay here again!"

"Weekend anniversary celebration. It was very nice, clean, and cozy. It is decorated country, woodsy style with pictures of deer, bear, moose. We enjoyed privacy in the hot tub on the back deck. Unfortunately, we weren't able to have a campfire. If you enjoy , this is a perfectcabin spotcamping "

"This house was perfect for our family of 4 with a dog. It had plenty of space and was recently renovated and well-stocked. The desks in the bedrooms came in handy as I had to work part of the time. The lakefront area is so nice. The Drinking Water system was a huge plus for us. We have one at home and usually make trips to the store to buy water when we are on vacation. No need for bottled water if you are staying at this property. Owners were very easy to work with as I had questions...

"The cabin and location did not disappoint!!!! We toured the asylum, helvetia was awesome. Game farm was close. Bucks diner was so good!! Had a great time. Thank you! "

"Jim is a lovely and responsive host. The property is just as pictured on the website. The home is a treasure trove of objects from around the world. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen has most all conveniences that we needed to prepare meals. We were there in early November, I'm sure it is even more beautiful during the summer and autumn months when you can enjoy the outside features. "

"My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and were pleasantly surprised by all the host had to offer! From complimentary snacks and drinks and a well stocked kitchen, to comfortable beds and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, we truly felt at home. The binder of information about the area went above and beyond, giving us lots of ideas for activities and destinations. Having dry wood available for the fireplace was a great bonus.
