"BEAUTIFUL HOME! The host was so accommodating and extremely responsive. The home was spacious for our party of seven (adults). The bedrooms, shared spaces, and bathrooms were all nicely decorated (and updated), which gave a chic and modern feel. Parking was extremely convenient (right in front of the house), and the neighborhood was quiet. We found this location convenient, as we made several trips to Maryland & Virginia. I would definitely rent this house again and I highly recommend this...

"The house is welcoming, with several different seating areas inside and out. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the chairs by the water. Kitchen is very well equipped. The property is about a mile and a half walk to St. Michael’s. The management company is quite responsive. "

"We enjoyed staying at Cozy Annapolis Cottage over the Forth of July weekend. The house was as pictured and as stated online. This property is close to downtown and the arts district. We would love to return for a Navy football game in the fall, as this property is within walking distance of the stadium. "We had the best time visiting. It’s difficult to find hotel accommodation for a big family with a large gap in children’s ages; our stay here met all of our needs. Plenty of space, very clean, and all the extras we could’ve needed. Very close to the metro which is a huge plus. Check in and check out were a breeze! I really appreciated being able to get in touch so easily with questions. I would recommend this place to anyone!"
