The upstairs sheets were stained and when we checked in around 10:00 P.M. we text the two contacts and didn't get a response until after 11:00 when we had retired. "Overall the unit and property were fabulous. The check-in process was easy - we appreciated all of the emails beforehand. There’s no doubt this property is a 10 overall. That having been said, our group uniformly agreed that 3 improvements would have made it even better.1. Microwave turning piece needs to be replaced in order to avoid sparking when using it.2. "Can’t say enough good things about this place. The north shore is amazing! It’s out of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Here you are surrounded by many beautiful beaches, delicious food and a safe area. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. If we ever get the chance to come back to O’ahu we will definitely stay at this villa again! "
