"We had a really nice time at Bethel. The house was lovely and spacious enough for our group of eleven. We had six adults and five kids and the bedroom layout worked well. The kids had a place to hangout downstairs while the adults played games at the enormous dining table. We experienced colder than normal temps in August but that didn’t stop the kids from using the beautiful pool. Bethel is a very cute town, we absolutely loved checking out all of the waterfalls and swimming holes in the area...

"From reserving to the check in process things could nit have gone smoother. The pictures of the property only capture a little bit of the home. Its inviting and comfortable. "My family and I have been going to Maine for nearly 4 decades. We used to stay in weld our family has multiplied over the years and the cabins around Webb Lake are not set to host our family together. "Easy location for ski on/off the slopes for my teen and his 2 friends. They loved the pool. Place was clean and kitchen was stocked with all essentials. Loved the bunk beds in the kids room. "This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults! And then on top of all of that there was the pool!! The pool was clean, warm and the host provided floats and noodles. The host was great communicating with us and we definitely recommend...

"Our stay at River Ranch was great. House was clean and well stocked. Very close to South Ridge Lodge (walking distance if you're up for it, though it would be a trek with gear). Michele was very communicative. AND we got 3 feet of snow - couldn't ask for a better time!"

"My family so enjoyed our stay at this house. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the extra space over the game room was perfect for the family with children. It is separated from the rest of the living space so naps weren't interrupted. The game room was a lot of fun for our granddaughter, and we use the hot tub every night but one. The house is clean, large enough for a big group of us, located near Screw Auger Falls, cute towns, good spots to eat-- which were all uncrowded since it's off season. "This was easily one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures, was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults (3 generations). We stayed 3 nights during a heat wave in July, so the AC came in handy for sleeping.
