"The location of property was amazing ! Breathtaking views ! Easy access to water and amenities. Wonderful home 😍 Overall clean but noticed outside patio furniture was not wiped down . Some crumbs from food and stains from previous guests . We were disappointed to find a large amount of what appeared to be sand in one of the guest bedroom beds , as though bedding had not been washed from previous guests. "The location was wonderful and the home was perfect to accommodate 11 people. There were some things that did not work, the coffee maker is very confusing to use and slow, the air conditioning on the main floor did not work and the griddle and one burner on the range did not work. It also would have been nice to have wash cloths and more bath towels. But, a very lovely home and the property manager we dealt with was very helpful and quick response to my questions. "

Comfortable bedding, clean interior with all amenities available. It was a quiet location while we were there, nice outdoor setting. Quick and easy to the main roads. "We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to a lot of Kings Beach amenities and especially ice cream ! It was an easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants . It was clean and well put together . The property is almost exactly as listed. It probably should have included that itis the upstairs floor of a 3 unit building. We did have the whole unit to our selves however we were worried about disturbing the neighbors downstairs."
