"Beautiful, historic building with interesting architectural details, but old, and showing its age not only in appearance, but in its operational state. Tiny guest rooms and lack of exhaust fans contribute to inadequate airflow, for example, which lends to visible moisture issues. Little things like the funky in-room TV setup and light bulbs being burned out add to an atmosphere of mild neglect.
