"Having the house was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and the kids and wife hung out at the house while I got ready. Nice to have separate bedrooms, and bathrooms, and plenty of space to get ready. Very close to Walmart as well which made grocery shopping and emergency shopping easy. "

"This rental was an excellent value for the price. Lots of room, great hot tub, and less than one hour from White Sands National Park. We borrowed the sleds in the garage to slide down the sand dunes. There's a Walmart nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and basic spices. The back yard was small and dusty so we didn't go out there other than to use the hot tub. Bring your own ice, drinking water, and wash cloths. "

"Stayed here with 5 adults, a child, and a toddler in a Pack and Play. Perfect size and location for the grandparents to walk the town.Place was very clean and the firewood was appreciated. Welcome basket and toiletries were provided and when I reached out for fire starters, I got a prompt response.Only improvement is to put better bulbs in the chandeliers in the living room. Couldn’t see very well if the grandparents wanted to read! Otherwise, highly recommend this spot to future travelers"

"The two units turned out to be an ideal way to house 9 of us (7 from 3 European countries, plus 2 of us from ABQ), and it was a great location. The larger unit was ideal for us to eat meals together and hang out. Good property ambiance. Units are updated and attractive, with ample cookware. Our point of contact was super helpful to me (the organizer). Loved this place! "

"Such a unique property. We do quarterly management retreats and we chose this place because it seemed unique and different than the places where we usually go, and indeed it was. This place has so much charm. I will say that it is a bit isolated and not a ton to do and the property is a bit lacking for games and activities, though upon my suggestion they went out and bought some yard games before our stay was even over for the next guests to enjoy. Otherwise it is a great place. It's not far...
