Had dinner the night before at Walnut Hills, a true southern comfort experience. The property has historic details that are incredible. Some aging deterioration, but with 115 years of existence, I would too! The pool was a pleasant relief, and the room was spacious with a modern shower/bathroom. "We were in town for a funeral and we’re pretty miserable coming into town. However, we stayed with Kim and Jim(hopefully that is his name because I think I forgot lol) and things got so much better! Kim’s breakfasts are amazing and her coffee bars are so convenient. The room was so clean and beautiful. The bed was so soft and the blankets were clean and fluffy. We loved their bulldog and their (neighbor’s) cats! The chickens were so fascinating to our nine month old and she loved watching them....
