"Great location, so peaceful, very comfortable and welcoming."

"The house was clean and quite adequate for our 3 day stay. We met Mr. Marshall when we arrived (he was there with a crew working on furniture and some repairs). He was very pleasant, as was the crew. We like to cook for ourselves. The stove was not completely functional -- shelves do not fit, and the interior needs a good cleaning. "Great house to stay in while visiting South Bend. Beds/linens extremely clean, house overall is very clean and comfortably fits a large family/group of friends. Convenient to all stores and to Notre Dame campus -a short walk or a quick car ride. We highly recommend this property and would consider renting again on our next visit."

"We (my husband and I) were here for a non football ND event during the week. Property was clean with plenty of room for us. Escape rooms are a hobby of ours and it was a really fun time! Some things are easy, some puzzles challenging. We are experienced but did not fly through the puzzles. A fantastic idea for something to do in "down time".
