It did have more than enough to meet our needs for a one night stay. If you plan on preparing a meal in the apartment, you will need to bring most everything you need with you. "The fold out couch is not comfortable at all a little better sleeping on the floor. This apartment was clean with the exception of the dishes. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, and I did not feel comfortable using any of the kitchen utensils after seeing the dirty dishes. The management company is great to deal with.
