"Staff was very friendly! Rooms were standard, and had basic amenities plus a microwave, mini fridge and safe. Spacious bathroom. The room had two access doors - one from an outside balcony and one interior door, which is nice is winter or bad weather. The room I stayed in had a door to a shared room and you could hear the people in the other room through it, so that wasn’t ideal. "This property has everything gas grills barbecue grills would already chopped up for bonfires at night it's on a grassy Hill it has swings it has picnic tables front and back it's just like you know really in a country setting not just the hotel it is very different very enjoyable great for families"

"I’ve stayed here twice and it gets better everytime! It’s a quiet and nicely kept hotel close to downtown with a gorgeous view of the bridge. All the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. "

"The property was really close to the beach. Had issues with the room. The situation was handled poorly. Had to go to another property to speak to a manager. It was resolved after 3 room changes, but much time lost due to this. The pool and hot tub is amazing. "

"I had gotten ill on the first day in the hotel, personal reasons, had to be taken to the hospital. Hotel treated my daughter so well. I cannot thank them enough. They made sur they had a room for her every night needed, and in the end did not charge her."

"As Michigan travellers, we have stayed in many hotels and motels. This was the best in a long time (very clean and loved the bed). It was a last minute trip for New Year's Eve and I was able to book a room in the evening that was immediately available for us settle into with 24-hour check-in. The remote keyless entry was wonderful, along with the included amenity room, which had extra towels, cups, plates, condiments, coffee/tea, pet supplies, and indoor/outdoor games.
