"The room was very pleasant and was clean. The parts (floor grout in bath) that seemed a little grody in spots I think was because of age, though? The woodwork (bath) could also have used a paint job. The room was nicely appointed with micro, cupboards, a separate area w/ couch & t.v. (t.v. also in bedroom), and the bathroom totally enclosed. I thought the room suited our needs wonderfully. Great night's sleep, too."

"Consider yourself lucky to stay at this place! Great location: not too far from town/ferry; located on an accessible beach to explore. We stayed for 4 nights, and it was perfect for our short trip. The host was very accommodating & helpful for us first-time visitors to Orcas Island. We are so appreciative of the Instruction Manual provided: ***Do read before! its very informative & will enhance your visit!** House was clean & ready for us. Lots of utensils/pots/pans for cooking/preparing food...

"It was quiet and beautiful. The cabin is definitely rustic, although has all the amenities you want, (wifi, dishwasher, etc.) There is a gorgeous nature preserve close by, and I took walks and did an enormous jigsaw puzzle while feeling like I was in a treehouse. "
