"All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The lady that does breakfast (I wish I had gotten her name) was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. She taught my grandson how to make his own pancakes. The bed was sooo comfortable. The room was clean. Everything smelled clean. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was some road noise Friday night but it is near a busy road. Plenty of restaurants extremely close.(Hence the busy road and it is a college town so expected road noise). Big...

"Um hotel confortável na medida do preço que cobra. As camas e travesseiros são ótimos, o chuveiro é ok, o café da manhã excelente, dado que está incluso na diaria. A localização também é muito boa, perto de shopping, restaurantes e centros comerciais e ainda não fica longe da cidade de Florence. A melhorar: qualidade das toalhas, limpeza da área de lavanderia (uma modernização seria ainda melhor), e ar condicionado que é muito barulhento. A acústica também não é boa, ouve-se tudo do corredor....
