"This is an awesome condo in the middle of downtown St Louis. It is located around all kinds of fun stuff to do and has all the amenities you would want in a place to stay. Person living upstairs had a party and was loud late into the night but it was a Saturday night so just an FYI if you like total piece and quiet on a weekend "

"When we arrived we had not received any info on how to get in! Finally found how to contact Vrbo help after messaging the owner. Vrbo got hold of the owner who checked and confirmed the info had not been sent. Ummm yeah, we knew that! Eventually we got in and it was easy but very frustrating and NOT the way to start a vacation. Property was fine. Bathroom door sticks and is half open always. Could use a night light (I didn’t think I’d need one.) Disposer didn’t work - we just used trash can....

"It was really nice being able to get away from the crowds and traffic and stay someplace quiet and peaceful. The condo was perfect and our 6 year old loved the bunk beds."

"Very clean and quiet apartment. Great place to stay with small kids. It is a 30 minute walk to the zoo, which sounds like a lot but it is a very pleasant and safe walk through Forest Park. Also very close to the Delmar Loop Trolley which my 2 year old was absolutely enthralled with. Towels were plentiful and kitchen was adequate for a simple meal. I was impressed that the AC was COLD in such an old building. We would stay here again without hesitation. "

"We came in for 2 nights of shows at Chafeitz and this place was the perfect location. We could walk to and from the shows with ease. Great location to restaurants in the area. The place was like an art gallery with cool features throughout. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a rental. The host was very friendly and excellent with communication for check in and recommendations for good places to eat. Would 100% stay here again."

"I rented this property through vrbo. The third party renter did not pay the hotel for the property(I had paid the third party company). I did not want to get charged twice for the property."
