"Loved the location, decor, etc. Definitely is a "rehab to rent" upgrade on the house; they could at least take off the stickers from the windows and appliances. There was an issue with the water heater, but the host replied quickly with a solution. All in all was a very nice stay."

"We were very happy with the house. It’s near many restaurants. The house is clean. I’m sure if we came back we book again. It was close to the Tulane Universty, French quarter, river. I was a very good place to stayed. Thank you."

"Communication was incredible. All questions answered promptly and professionaly. Plenty of space and very comfortable with a unique "shotgun" layout. Older neighborhood, rough streets, but that's New Orleans. Enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed for the weekend on our moms/birthday celebration. Check in process was easy. House was very accommodating for our group of 5. Clean and smelled good when we walked in. Close enough to ride on trolley and not have to drive your vehicle around. Just a short walk to the trolley pick up station and close by are restaurants and bars. "This house is just adorable. It has everything you would need for your stay. It’s close to the street car that can take you anywhere in New Orleans. The beds are super comfortable and the sheets were dreamy. I would highly recommend "

This house was very hot there was about six air conditioners running hot.It is not a true six bedrooms it is two separate three bedrooms and the other three you have to go outside around the side of the house to a separate unit. "Good location. It is in an older, but conveniently located NOLA residential neighborhood. The house is a traditional double shotgun style, common in uptown NOLA. It is similar to the houses my wife and I grew up in. It was clean and well furnished. AC, etc all worked well. We had no problem parking all week right in front of the home. The owner lives in an apartment behind the rental and his sister lives on the other side of the double. "

"Quarto com chão e teto molhados, tive que trocar de quarto. Quando me trocaram, nao havia agua quente no outro, e tive que trocar por uma segunda vez. No ultimo quarto havia muito barulho da estrada e custou para dormir. Nao deixavam toalhas suficientes para 4 pessoas. O cafe da manha muito fraco, sempre faltava alimentos. Paredes externas com buracos e tremiam muito. Nao indico para ninguem."

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "

"The employees Ms Bishop and Maria were perfect, well trained and their skills were suitable to new chalenges. They were fantastic. All the resources of room were cleam and according Comfort Inn pattern and well maintained and the only thing to improve is tge breakfast, i have booked 2 nights and had no bacon."
