"The property was a very nice setup with a big backyard to sit and relax after a day of touring. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Short walk to the Tram which will take you downtown. I would recommend this spot. And if we ever travel back to New Orleans, we will stay here again!! Thanks Lance!"

"Stayed here for 4 nights in early April. Overall it was a cute and convenient space for our stay. Pros:Didn’t spend too much time in the house but I found these things to be convenient.- easy street parking- close to all the things we needed by car, or to the tram- easily walkable to tasty coffee and brunch- great shower water pressure! "Clean, cute upper level apartment in a great location right next to the greenbelt walking path. We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. "Second time staying here; cannot think of a better location. Can walk to dozens of neighborhood restaurants, safe location, can walk neighborhood, free parking, very quiet space. Place is clean and sitting area off kitchen is awesome remote working space. "

"It was a beautiful stay, the bedrooms were huge and the6 were so comfortable and clean! The entire house was spotless, organized and very easy to find things within the house. I enjoyed this stay a-lot and really hope to stay here for our girls trips to NOLA! Thank you again for the top tier communication and safety, especially in this day and time it is greatly appreciated that my girls and I felt comfortable!"

"The stay was wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is adding a few dishes. We had 4 people but 2 bowls for cereal in the morning. It didnt bother me because i used the solo cups and i was fine with that. Overall would recommend to someone and would stay again."

"My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining...

"Our stay was very good. The location was far enough from the busy city, but it was still plenty of night life near by that was an extra bonus. The beds were super comfy and clean. The laundry and the steamer were a nice touch to get all the wrinkles out of our going out clothes. The host was very nice and kept us updated and checked up on all us throughout the stay. "

"This listing is just right. The accomodations are like new- very well decorated and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Fully stocked bathroom. The owners live next door and could not have been more friendly or helpful. But my next favorite thing was the location. Mid-city and 2 blocks from the streetcar line which literally takes you almost anywhere you want to go. Close to Morning Call for cafe au lait and beignets. Parking right in front. Wonderful!"

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
