"We took my mom on a long weekend for her birthday and she loved this community so much that she started looking at buying a condo in this complex. It was very clean and peaceful with great landscaping, great pool right near the ocean but also only a few steps from the condo. The only difficulty she had was that the access to the beach were stairs which she had a hard time with but I think that is common for the area. We were on the bottom floor and enjoyed watching a family of bunnies graze...

"This condo has had updating in kitchen and bathrooms, which are very nice! Being a corner unit and directly on the ocean, it has great views of the beach! We even got to see a couple space shots from the cape, go up from the balcony! The property manager is very responsive to anything you need. The couch and recliner could be updated."

"This was the first time in this condo. We have stayed in three other condo by VRBO at this site. This condo was one of the best! View is outstanding, clean, bed was comfortable, and chairs on balcony were comfy. We watched the sun rise peach morning have coffee. Saw dolphins and watched surfers, walkers and fishermen. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. If I had to say one thing it needed, was a safety bar in the shower. There was nothing to hold onto when you washed your feet. "

The home was very clean and comfortable with a great layout for both spending time with the kids and having a little time to ourselves once they'd gone to bed. The games and full size washer and dryer were great additions. Highly recommend!"
