Q: WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR CELEBRATION DECOR PACKAGES?
A: Elevate your celebration with our tailored decor packages. Book a getaway (bachelorette, birthday, anniversary), and be greeted by a thoughtfully arranged setup. Q: WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?
A: Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Your secure lock code will be sent to you around 11:00 AM on the day of arrival. This will allow you to check yourself into the property (contactless entry). Please ensure you have the code before you travel. If not, please contact us. There's nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in! Note: codes are not activated until your check-in time, and deactivate shortly after check-out.
Q: CAN WE CHECK-IN EARLY OR CHECK-OUT LATE?
A: We realize many flights arrive before check-in and will do our best to help with early check-in, when possible, with no guarantees. Requests for early check-in should be sent 24 hours before arrival - we will not know our final cleaning & maintenance schedule until then, at the earliest, possibly not until later in the day of arrival. So, plan to remain flexible, or use one of the many secure luggage storage services in town (info & discounts available in our Guest APP). We generally cannot accommodate late check-outs; however, any requests must be received no later than 48hr prior to check-out. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we have a responsibility to our cleaners who work on a very tight schedule and who may not be able to accommodate a later check-out request. If you plan to arrive or depart more than 4 hours outside of the posted check-in/out times, we suggest including the pre/post night in your reservation or contacting us to see if we can block the date from other travelers at a discounted rate.
Please note: Last-minute bookings, scheduling, or maintenance issues may arise. Therefore we cannot guarantee the rental will be available for early check-in/late check-out. Should an issue arise that prevents a requested time adjustment, any add-on fees charged will be refunded.
For security, we do not allow luggage drop-off, several local companies offer secure luggage services, including pickup, delivery, and transportation, and exclusive discounts are available in our Guest APP.
Q: WHAT IF I MAY NEED TO CANCEL?
A: Reservations made on affiliate sites (Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway, etc.) adhere to the cancelation policy on the listing. Our policies are firm. We love our guests and care deeply about the experience for ALL parties involved. We're a small owner-operated team, not a big hotel or faceless corporation; and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our guests, while also balancing the fact that our rental homes are our livelihood. Thus, when establishing our cancellation policies, we chose what we feel is a fair balance for everyone. We ask that you review the policy selected for your reservation, and strongly advise protecting your trip with separate Travel Insurance. We have included information on policy providers, and available options, as well as a link to purchase in our separate rental agreement which is emailed for e-Signature upon booking - be sure to check your email for messages from us, and if you use a Gmail account, you may need to check the "Others" tab to ensure you don't miss important information. Failure to sign the rental agreement will result in forfeiture of the stay, without refund. An eSigned copy must be on file in order for door codes to be activated, access to the home cannot be granted without a signed agreement.
